I am very proud of the steps taken so far and the achievements made to close the gender pay gap at Canopius, and in further creating a positive and inclusive culture for our colleagues to thrive in.
Whilst we still have more to do, we are trending in the right direction, and we remain passionately and genuinely committed to achieving gender parity as soon as we can.
